Setting the character logs into the new staircase.
The stairs are custom hand built red cedar. The logs are 1/2 round rustic character logs. Our Amish neighbor Wilmer Schrock has been working on the loft railings, staircase and character logs for several days. Now that they are installed, he will finish them with polyurethane.

It takes 10 guys to put the staircase in. Thanks to the Jeffco guys for hanging out a couple extra minutes to help us out!
